Finally
I opened this site a month or two ago and this is the first chance I've had to blog. It's been oppressively overcast here for the past week, but my husband installed some sort of super double extra ultra sun lamp thingy in our sunroom, so I've been sitting under it while I read. It seems to be working - I haven't had to forcible cheer myself by cursing out snowmen or winging ice chunks at the padded pedestrians waddling by my house at all hours. Spring is just around the corner. The very, very far corner.
In other news, our landlord finally had our washing machine fixed after 4 weeks of non-fixage. I've been wearing shirts that haven't seen the light of day in two years. This must be the only benefit of rarely tossing out clothes - you can ride out the lazy machinations of an inert landlord.
